About Me

Hi, I’m the heart behind House of Bellatrix.

Like many women, my journey with PCOS has been confusing, emotional, and at times, isolating.

I’ve experienced the frustration of symptoms that don’t always make sense, the impact on confidence, and the feeling of having to quietly “figure it out” on my own.

For a long time, this was something I kept to myself.

But over time, I realised something powerful — so many of us are navigating the same challenges in silence.

House of Bellatrix was created to change that.

This space brings together education, community, and gentle self-care to support women living with PCOS in a way that feels empowering rather than overwhelming.

My goal is to help women feel informed, supported, and confident in their own bodies — without shame, fear, or pressure.
